I don’t think this one has been mentioned here yet, Zelos Spearffish 40mm. It’ll drop in 6 days. https://zeloswatches.com/collections/spearfish-40mm-diver?mc_cid=a8bd143b1f&mc_eid=36707e6089 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Another great release from the brand... https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn....

Re: The dreaded-strap-tail thread aka resources for custom/short straps (slim-wristed folks unite!)

Anyone have any experience with Haveston natos like this one? Interested to hear how they wear on small wrists. https://www.haveston.com/service-series/27-457-HAV041.html#/36-variation-20mm_polished https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200926/1ffd68d22c852777237a6646f4193d57.jpg Different strap varia...

Re: 2020 New and Upcoming Releases!

Yes I think it's a new compressor style watch. The subject to the email is "A new watch. A long-lost mechanism. Resurfaces 28/08/20" I wonder what the "long-lost mechanism" refers to. It sounds like a different kind of movement, but that seems unlikely from CW. Also the backward...

Re: Fluoroelastomer Straps - IMO, the best "rubber" straps

A pretty obvious sign of fluororubber straps is that due to the nature of the compound, it looks like the molding has to be extra sharp so you don't see molding marks in obvious areas, such as the buckle holes. Are these (bottom right of the pic below) the molding marks that you're taking about? ht...

Heads Up! I Saw A Bargain Here! 2020

Also got my fluoro-rubber strap from Juelong and it took just a little over two weeks (17 days) to get to California. No problem at all with shipping. https://i.imgur.com/zFwtsBY.jpg Probably going to get some more. They are comfy and definitely lint-proof. Mine took two months the first time, but ...

Re: Fitted Strap/Bracelet Compatibility

I was going to buy that US but was waiting for the one for smaller wrists, but now I won't anymore because of this bracelet. I might still try their Holzer though.

Fitted Strap/Bracelet Compatibility

With that said, the bracelet on the Avalon with polished sides/chamfers and using the Sector end links would be a better fit to match the polished bits of the speedy.

Edit: check that, it’s the Duality bracelet that has chamfers, not the Avalon.

The end of the lugs are a little higher than where the end links sit at, but not obscenely so imo. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200508/f646995b4f2c41008c84a8373dc3e694.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200508/773d9837fa0fc3cc7cf0a424f0937794.jpg This might be a better fit/match than the g...
