MoT's Watch Deal Forum is the resource for watch and watch accessory deals sourced by enthusiasts like you. Click here to join today, and once logged in you'll be able to take part in great discussion and camaraderie about the hobby you love.

As a reminder, even though MoT's is a free site, we do rely on two methods lights on. One is a referral generator that creates (mostly) unobtrusive links. This depends on the site being whitelisted in any ad-blocking software you use. If you could please whitelist this site, we would be ever thankful. (We promise there are no pop-ups, pop-unders or other annoying distractions.)

The other method is donations from members and visitors. These are completely voluntary and there is no obligation. Any donations go directly towards site operations and are greatly appreciated. Click here to donate today.

Thank you!

Re: Pay it Forward

I've got a few watches to give away, but there is a catch to this one. There is a requirement to this giveaway you either must be: 1. A member who has posted at least one deal in the big thread in either 2019 or 2020. or 2. A member with at least 25 posts. If you don't meet one of the two above requ...

For sale, an Invicta Speedway Chronograph. This watch houses the 13 jewels Ronda 5030.D quartz chronograph. Unlike most other Speedway's that means the center seconds is the chronograph hand. The crown and the pushers are screwd-down and the watch starts, stops and resets as it should. Watch head on...

FS: Timex Expedition WS4 ABC Watch - $150obo

For sale is a Timex Expedition WS4 ABC (Altimeter, Barometer, Compass) watch. This is the hard to find elastic strap version. The watch is in very good condition and all functions (as far as I can tell) work as they should. This is a fantastic backpacking/hiking/outdoors adventure watch and with the...

Re: Incoming! What have you got in the mail?

The more I look at it, the more I think it may be a frankenwatch. I won't know until it's in and I can take it apart. There’s a guy named Marshall Ferster here in Minneapolis (Uptown) who specializes in vintage mechanicals. Sourcing and installing an obscure stem and crown is among the things he’s ...

Re: The Islander Dive Watch from Long Island Watch

Looks pretty dang good. Deep Blue's Nato Diver is very comparable and comes in much cheaper after the perpetual 40% off discounts. I hope LIW does well, it's always good to have another player in the market. I would argue that if the Islander is superior to the Deep Blue for three reasons: ceramic ...

Re: Possible PM Issue and How to Fix

Also worth noting that unlike email, Outbox here does not mean "sending...". It means "sent, but unread". Once the message has been read, it moves into the Sent folder. @manontime please correct me if my understanding is wrong. That is correct. It's an easy way to see if a sent message has been rea...

Possible PM Issue and How to Fix

Some members may be having difficulty accessing PMs.

In your Outbox folder there may be a notice at the top that says something like "You have one (1) message unsorted. Click here to sort message(s) into appropriate folders."

Once you click on that link, you should be able to read them.
