I am using Google Chrome on my iPhone. Whenever i open a new forum page, page forces me to scroll all the way down of the page where there is a Google Ad. It does not let me scroll up unless I close that add. I wonder if anyone experiencing this. I haven't been able to replicate that on my Android ...
