I have a G-Shock I don't wear, and I want to donate to MOT, so I thought: list the watch here with photos and everything, but save some PayPal fees by having the buyer pay via MOT donation and we both feel virtuous in the bargain! Could this work? I'm thinking that the PayPal transaction # would need to be recorded somewhere (with date & time) to prevent one donation being used for numerous watch listings.
It would need a catchy name, too, like Watch4MOT ... or something.
One requirement could be for the seller to send a photo of the shipping receipt (with readable date, time & tracking number) to MOT immediately after shipping.
idea: sell a watch, buyer pays via MOT donation

Sure, it could work but I don't get the sense MoT is in that sort of place right now.
I've seen other sites do this by simply shipping the item to the admin and letting them sell it themselves (publicizing the sale of course.)
