Re: MoT Members' Social Distance Summit: Saturday May 9, 2020
I have to admit, the topic of online privacy is sturring up all sorts of heavy self-examination. Luckily, I just remembered there is a certain deals thread where I can forget my troubles.
Living a comeback montage.

Obviously the decision rests with @ManOnTime and the mods, but personally I would feel more comfortable if:
1. The archived video was eventually removed from Youtube after some reasonable amount of time
2. Future meetings could be more ephemeral (like in real life)
3. We found other ways to accommodate members outside of North America (e.g. holding parallel summits in multiple timezones or rotating the timezones that the meeting is held)
If things go really well, eventually maybe we can all meet up for a party at River Edge in NJ!

Far and wide I will find 'em and I ride 'em
Bricks and mortar get my licks just for kicks
AD or authorized I don't analyze
Retail, wholesale never fail
Online or offline, I find I don't redefine
Too big to fail or yard sale they all hale
Run or hide just for fun deals I find

That would be pretty epic. I'm already planning my road-trip. (I don't fly.)TheJohnP wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 9:05 pmpeskydonut wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 7:47 pm
