Have you tried demagnetizing? 8-)
I wish the solution were that simple! At this point I will try anything because I am in a rut. Life is good...don't get me wrong, just a running rut. On the flip side, I know that the Rolex Day-Date is the de facto watch for NBA players  . "I'll take useless BS for $500 please, Alex."
Yeah, I am in a running rut as well. Not sure what to do. Hoping to join a local running club when folks are vaccinated - that oughta help. I thought about forming a MoT walking/running club but not sure how to do it and if it'd be effective to help us all commit and improve in the long run (pun unintended!).

Oh, I do like the Rolex Day-Date. :)
We can start a thread for running and I'd participate. I run pretty much every day. It would be nice to post my miles and splits with a fellow runners. Kinda like a virtual running club. I've never ran with music, but am contemplating starting.

You guys are all quite sane about shoes.

But how about wearing different shoes on each foot? Happened to me a couple of times. I used to get up very early and dress in semi-darkness. The worst time was when I wore a black lace-up on my left foot and a brown loafer on my right.

Who would ever wear a different pair of shoes each day?!?!?

Good eye @Sussa !

Indeed they are. Here's a better pic of that pair and the camera lamp.

“From the mind of Minolta.” Have thought about that in a looong time. I have a Canon and Pentax that I need to shoot. All manual from the mid to late 60’s. Last time I checked the light meter still worked on at least one.

I would like to see some of your splits just because I know what your are capable of, but I will not be posting mine...not now anyway. I was hitting the weights pretty hard until a couple of months ago and that is part of my problem. My wife likes me in the gym a lot more than running and she isn’t afraid to remind me  .

I'm probably the only person who feels the CasiOak should actually be called the G-ShOak instead.

Does Gemnation only have like 5-7 watches they cycle through for their daily deals?

Hello watch friends! It's been a little while. I'm breaking my unplanned absence to share my 6 year old's definition of "(in the) meantime"...

That’s deep!

I’ll share this because six year olds are a hoot. My son said something about “ear whack.” After he said it again, my wife corrected him and told him that it is called “ear wax.” He said, “I know, but I only have one so it is ear whack not ear whacks.”

Instead of exchanging rings at wedding, wondering if any couple has exchanged watches....

It's really quite random...

Oh geez. Now I wonder if I even wore a watch when I got married and shudder to think what it would have been. :?

Not exactly what you wondered about--but I gave my wife a watch as a wedding present. She immediately lost it!

My 4yo dropped some truth bombs on me today...

Daughter: I want to have pizza for dinner
Me: We don't have any
Daugther: What happened to the pizza in the fridge?
Me: It got eaten.
Daughter: Who ate it?
Me: (Oh oh) Ummm...me.
Daughter: Daddy, you should make better choices! ...I wanted to eat that pizza!
