Same here. They don't let you delete the (last) address. You can fill it with junk for when the site inevitably gets hacked, assuming it was legitimate in the first place. Obviously not foolproof if they keep historic data, but it's something...

Congrats Peskydonut. Nice gloves.

They commented on facebook again. Sounds like TA is trying to make things right in a bad situation, at least for some of us.

I'm still monitoring to see if I get an inadvertent refund plus a watch.

Obviously ALL orders weren't cancelled, and it wasn't just one day. I waited over a day before ordering, missing out on the $20 solar Seiko I liked (not a huge deal to me).

I honestly wouldn't have had a problem with them just cancelling my order outright if it was a pricing error. Where I got testy was when they let the hard charge hit my credit card after already showing it as cancelled in the system. Not an approval, an actual charge.

I suspect they don’t have enough resource to provide proper customer experience.

Might have also been miscommunication between Massgenie support and AreaTrend. And it happened on a weekend, when they might not have had as much staff around.

So has anyone else gotten tracking numbers? I need to spread my survivor's guilt around.

I have. Mine's sitting maybe 1.5 hours away from Nashville in Bowling Green. Yet it shows an expected delivery date 9/17. Not sure why so long, but it's inbound.
