Biggest discrepancy is the "100ft" engraving spacing, I have to conclude it's likely to be fake.

There should also be some patterns engraved here, circled in red.

Hello chicharo. May I ask where you bought this watch? Who was the seller? It might be helpful for others, myself included. Thanks.

Edit:. Apologies, somehow I missed the seller name in the thread title.

Sadly, you are right. It's a fake. A beautiful watch. But fake. The power reserve gives me 44 hours more or less.

eBay will almost always side with the buyer. Best of luck.

Unfortunately this has not been my experience. You will either need to make a claim through Ebay or through PayPal (not both). They will tell you to open a claim and provide proof that it is counterfeit...meaning you will need a letter from a watchmaker or Tissot. Even then, the seller will get to submit an argument, and if they have worded the listing cleverly they will likely win. If not, then you will. It would be MUCH easier to simply ask for a return from the seller without giving a reason. Check the return policy on the listing. To protect his reputation, he will most likely accept a return.

Just to play devil's advocate for a moment:

1) Again, any way to truly authenticate the watch/movement is to have it inspected by a professional. As watchpalooza suggested, either an independent watchmaker or Tissot itself. Have you tried sending the serial number to Tissot to see if they have it in their files? That is something you can easily do while sheltered in place.

2) As you mentioned above in your test of the power reserve and only getting around 44 hours instead of 80. That to me might indicate that it could be a Powermatic 80 movement. Why would a fake movement have a BETTER power reserve than a base 2824 (roughly 38 hours)? Can you definitively, 100% guarantee that you were able fully wind the watch, or did it just seem like you did? Have you hand wound the watch until it felt like you couldn't any more?

A couple of points to consider so you don't feel like you've been taken, especially if there's a chance you haven't.

So what is this seller's reaction to the reply from Tissot, wherein they cannot ID this watch based on the number you submitted?
