I purchased a Seiko presage for 314 usd on november 20th. I paid with a debit card. The bank charged the money.
On december 4th, i received a notification that the package was shipped. I received a PayPal invoice to pay the watch again.
Yesterday, jomashop cancelled my order. I guess the shipping was just a label created.
Jomashop said that they don't charge. But, i don't have the money available on my bank account. How they expect people pay invoices twice???
I dont have the watch and my money is hold from my bank or jomashop
Bad experience with jomashop
Re: Bad experience with jomashop
I'm sure you already are, but contact your bank, I'm sure they'll help you out.
If the debit card you paid with has a major credit card company logo (Visa, Mastercard, etc), the same buyer protections apply as if it were a credit card.

What MoT said. Dispute the charge. Depending on who you bank with you might even be able to upload a copy of the email cancelling the order straight to the website.
I wish that watch were 38mm?
