I own several V1 straps, but I purchased new V2 straps last month. I do not think these are same quality straps. Infact one of the straps split while putting on the watch. This was after about a week. Strap is so tight that it takes a lot of effort to go through the first keeper (7 1/4" wrist.)
I tried contacting customer support, but no response after three days.
I thought the reputation was stellar, but V1 straps were pretty good.
Anyone have experience with exchanges or refund?
Mr. Sailcloth (iwantastrap.com), any issues?

I have one of their straps.
How does a buyer determine which version they have?

Just my $0.02 USD as always.

You can see the descriptions on the website, but I think mostly it's longer with removable spring bars. I also noticed that v2s are less flexible and seems little bit grey instead of black.

I was concerned that my V2 strap was so stiff that it would not hold up to the extreme flex required with the standard buckle. So, I switched to an Amazon sourced deployant clasp.
