I bought this in October, new, from Amazon and immediately discovered it was nearly illegible indoors in low light. The problem is that the original baton-style hands got lost in glare against the shiny dial. You'll get those too.
I purchased new sword hands (wider, more white/contrasting) and installed them. Fixed. The new hands do have lume that matches the dial's lume.
I also regulated the movement, which had been running about a minute/day fast. (Most Seiko automatics are sold slightly fast). It now keeps much better time.
