If you are into watches made from interesting materials, this would be something to consider.
Otherwise, seems a little pricey just to have something different on the wrist. But that's my take.

RzR Watches out of Spain has launched their first Kickstarter campaign for their debut model, the Tecorón carbon fiber automatic.

Super Early Bird pricing is around $922
Early Bird pricing is around $1,000
Regular price will be about $1,328

Estimated delivery is May 2020

RzR created a 44 g timepiece with 80% of its volume made of carbon fiber, including - the case, the case back, the movement ring, the outside of the crown, the bracelet, the clasp and the buckle of the strap. Take THAT Rado!!

There are two variants of the Tecorón, the “Horis Magnas” and the open heart, “Lines”

I do actually like the font used for the numerals.
Go figure.

From their last project update:

Hello everyone!

I hope you are all well.

I must say that the RzR Tecorón isn't going to be available for now. As you can see, the Kickstarter campaign wasn't funded, and for this piece, we needed more support to be able to afford the production. We can't make only 30 watches; this sophisticated little piece of art is engineered and designed to make at least 100. Otherwise, it wouldn't be so affordable.

So, what happens now?
We are currently executing something that we had planned for the next year. We are making more innovative watches, new technologies, new materials, made in the Canary Islands (Spain) and much more.

The big difference between the RzR Tecorón and the new models is that our production partners made the Tecorón using CNC, so it is only optimum for "large" quantities. On the other hand, now we are making new models by hand in-house (in Tenerife). I said making because we have already started to make prototypes.

Because of the nature of these new operating system —made by hand— we will do Limited Editions and also a unique experimental collection for some crazy ideas that we have in mind.

Thank you all for the incredible support, and remember to follow us on social media to be posted on the new little pieces of art that we create!
