As you may have noticed, we we're offline this morning. This was caused by the "Thanks" plug-in going rogue and using up way too many server resources. This triggered an automatic suspension by our hosting provider as they thought it was a malicious attack. The "Thanks" plug-in has been disabled, hopefully temporarily so I can determine if that was indeed the cause, and take steps to prevent it from happening in the future.

I apologize for the disruption and for any confusion that may have caused.

Any idea what material they used for the bezel insert?

Nice design. I think the crown should be a little larger in diameter to fill the gap in the crown guards, but everything else I dig.
Lug shape is very reminiscent of Muhle-Glashutte Promare.

It's a dive watch, so "meh" from me. Haha

Agree. It looks good, has everything you'd want, and is priced well for the movement. But I found myself just saying meh. If I see it on watch exchange in a year or two for like $180 I'd probably try it on a lark.
I wish that watch were 38mm?

A unanimous consensus. In today's availability of dive watches with NH35 movements, definitely have to step up.

No pun intended, but the brands' name sounds unpleasant in Slavic group of languages.

To follow up, this Kickstarter campaign was

UNSUCCESSFUL

The project's funding goal was not reached on Thu, September 10 2020 12:58 PM EDT

Message from the project creators:

First, thank you to everyone who supported us through this journey. We knew it wouldn't be easy and we couldn't be more grateful for this community.

We're disappointed that we won't be able to Altum in your hands by the end of the year, but this may not be the end of Hyalus. We're taking some time to discuss where we are as a team and then decide how to move forward from here. If you want to stay updated out social media(s) are the best place to do that.

Once again thank you for supporting us throughout this campaign. We've learned more in the last month than at any other point in our lives, and plan to bring that experience to whatever happens next.

Signing off for now,

The Hyalus Watches Team
