This is kind of goofy. Their logo totally riffs on Robocop/OCP. The model name is not great. This reminds me of an old school radio alarm clock for your wrist. But it's cheap enough, that why not post it?

The Omnicor brand was started by Nicolas Lehotzky, who the founder of Manufaktor Waldhoff. The K-Series V-01 is inspired by Science-Fiction and powered by a PCB controlled electronic movement displaying the time via rotating aluminum wheels.
