ZŪM Watches, aka Zoom Watches, which is a partner brand of Angles Watches, has launched their first Kickstarter campaign for the R1 automatic regulator.

There are things I do like about this watch, but there' s also WHOLE a lot of "disrupt the industry" gobbledygook that puts me off.
But this is still a good price for an automotive inspired regulator watch, at least for the first 48 hours.

Kickstarter pricing is $230.
Regular price will be $399

They have added a similar meca-quartz chrono for $139...!!!?? That is a very low price for a VK64 chrono.....?
Kinda looks like a budget version of the yet to be released Straton Comp Driver:

The Straton looks much nicer but will likely be twice as much, if it gets released

I can't help myself....I seem to like odd-looking watches - There are just too many similar watches out there
