New brand with their first Kickstarter campaign and already fully funded. Bowrington Watches out of Hong Kong is launching with the Season bronze diver.

Only appears to be available in the one colorway, so that may have an impact on backing this one.




Specs:

The dial and bezel on this remind me a bit of the Breitling Superocean Heritage, which isn't a bad thing. I've still never owned a bronze diver but I'm sure I will eventually so I'm happy that more and more affordable options are popping up. Some people likely won't approve of this movement at this price but the reality is that its a tried and true movement.

Hi Tom, we know that the watchcase size is too big for someone, but sometime it is too small for someone, so it’s very hard for making the balance for everyone.
But your suggestion is very good for us to our further design on watchcase size.

As campaign creator, [mention]Bowrington[/mention] announced, there are two updates to this Kickstarter.

First, two new colorways have been unlocked - blue and black



Second, you can upgrade to a Miyota 9015.
If you've already backed a pledge, the movement upgrade is only $70 more.

If you haven't backed yet, the price is $369 for a Season with 9015.
(Same price as Super Early Bird price + movement upgrade cost)

I really like the blue.

Project is still going and fully funded on Kickstarter.
But if Indiegogo is your preferred crowd funding site, then Bowrington is your huckleberry, because the campaign is live on there too.
Same price levels as Kickstarter.

There's still about 67 HOURS left to get in on the Super Early Bird pricing for this one if anyone is interested.
