The Kickstarter will launch in late June, and the watches are set to deliver in mid-November.

This $150 deposit is non-refundable, as it will be used to reserve the movements.

Noticed that the link above for the preorder to the Kickstarter wasn't working for me.

So here it is for anyone interested in securing the price of $599

As a side note, very curious how this is going to go now that it seems ETA is making it harder to access their movements for those not under the Swatch umbrella...

It looks like they're spreading the risk/price points by providing 3 different movements namely the ETA 2985/2824 and Miyota 9015. 2985 is to be the most limited option.

The KS campaign going live at 12:01am EST the night of July 8th / morning of July 9th.

I like these. There is nothing really groundbreaking here but that's absolutely fine. And good to know it is from a company that has made a watch before, although if I understand correctly its their first mechanical. I think the screw-down crown was a good choice too.

To follow up, this Kickstarter campaign was

SUCCESSFUL

537 backers pledged $222,866 to help bring this project to life.
I've got more Converse sneakers than watches, but it is a close race.
