I was in the market for a blacked out watch for work and also a fan of the negative displays. Would have preferred just paying 50% for one but that would have knocked me out of the free shipping range. I’ll either give one as a gift or see if another guy at work wants it for $35

I tried that as well and can get to the checkout screen but then when I try to process the order it says the item is out of stock. I'm assuming that there is only one 5600 left so I can't buy two. If anyone that bought two doesn't need the other one, let me know

NAD - just wanted to say thanks again to MoT for this forum and all you guys for your hard work and contributions. I don't contribute much, mainly because what I think is a deal or even bargain usually is not by the time I research it

I.E Breitling Galactic Unitime - beautiful piece, $3832.50 on Ashford with still active code PONOV25. Great deal me thinks....wrong. $3375 on Joma (but leather not bracelet), $3897 at Walmart (ebates 1% gets you to approximately $3858.....may go lower in future). $4340 on Amazon ($2998 lowest ever on 3camel in 2017).

And that took me 35 minutes....and I'm still not sure it's a deal, bargain, or neither.

So all that to say, thanks to MoT for the undertaking required to start this forum and keep it rolling, and thanks to all you heavy hitters posting amazing deals. It's a load of work and we of the "search but so rarely find" subpopulation really appreciate it!!!!

That's the same price as a basic Timex. I own one Swiss Legend. The sapphitek has no scratches, still on original battery after 3 years, perfect alignment of hands and bezel, metal parts are oddly very scratch resistant (wish the same was true of some Swiss brands that were 4x the price) and the bracelet is decent quality. I don't see the big issue with them for the price point they sell at. Sapphitek vs hardlex I see no difference. I've paid more for Seiko with a cheaper feeling bracelet and a misaligned and loose chapter ring.

I recently bought 4 SKX013K1's, 2 SKX009K1 and 1 SKX007K1. I intend to MOD them all. I paid a range of $117 to $158 for each. They are an easy sell for $160 if you ever need to turn one and that's without the box or papers. No risk to have them unless they become $100 watches for some reason new. Most people see these as $200+ watches.

I am thinking of staying away from wus sales. My Grand Touring Sport was supposed to be scratch free and new condition, but came with obvious wear marks including heavy scratches on the crown guard and the bezel. Of the six watches that i purchased from wus three were disappoinments (scratches or obvious signs of case being opened, off by more than 15sec ect.)

That's why I like this forum so much, I get new watches at less than used prices.

Some of us who sell watches on WUS sell watches in better than stated condition. You have to look diligently through feedback. I would be very embarrassed if someone felt that I understated wear. I know others like me.
