I never made any such request. Probably just a scam to float money for a few days and earn interest on it.

Indiegogo lists them as still in production. How would this site get them before they are finished with a discount like that?

The situation is strange indeed. If you do a quick search on aliexpress you will find several sellers who sell this watch for around 150 USD and there are many reviews by people who bought one. That means it is already in production maybe for a few years even.

As I understand this brand has been around in China for several years and are now stepping up for global sales through platforms such as crowdfunding.

Real smart as they charge a much higher price on crowdfunding for an already developed product. The crowdfunders are probably unaware of this.

The deal seems to good to be true. The site itself isnt mentioned anywhere.

Paypal should be safe though.

The site appears to only be a month old as well... And only 17 followers on Facebook and Instagram. Very fishy. I don't even understand how someone can find a site like this unless they made it or know someone who owns it

I have that Ciga watch paid around 140$ on aliexpress. I also have the first square version. They are excellent interms of fit and finish and have fairly unique design. If it was an europe origin brand, prices would easily be 500+.
