*FUNDRAISER* Crown & Caliber Giving Time Auctions

Post by TheJohnP »

Crown & Caliber has also started a fundraising campaign with watch auctions.
From their Giving Time Auctions landing page:

https://info.crownandcaliber.com/giving-time

COVID-19 has altered communities on an unprecedented scale in a very short amount of time. As we continue to hear the stories of those who are impacted, we have all found ourselves looking for ways to help both in our hometown of Atlanta, and beyond.

That’s why we are launching the "Giving Time Auctions." Our goal is to help find new homes for some great watches while donating 100% of the sale to charitable organizations of the donor’s choice that are making direct impacts to those affected by COVID-19.

To start, (they) are working with Food Network star Alton Brown. His charity of choice is The Giving Kitchen here in our shared hometown of Atlanta.

The Giving Kitchen provides emergency assistance to food service workers through financial support and a network of community resources. They are a crucial to the restaurant industry in this time of need.

With the purchase of each watch below, 100% of the sale goes to the charitable organization associated with that watch. The auction operates as a Sealed Bid Auction and watches will go to the highest bidder once the reserve is met. The winner will receive the watch, appropriate paperwork, and any other donated items.

All watches have been authenticated and performance-tested by Crown & Caliber. They all also carry a 1-year Crown & Caliber warranty.

Note that any money donated above the market value of the watch is tax deductible. The winner will receive necessary tax paperwork.

Here are the three watches associated with the Giving Kitchen auctions:

All three of those watches are gorgeous, but we need a Seiko 5 auction to support COVID relief so I can afford to participate!
I wish that watch were 38mm?
