Had the same experience with them on Bulova Banker. I used both welcome discount code and promotion. Waited for 2 weeks and called a few times. Very bad experience, would not repeat it.

Ya I was disappointed, I've been looking at that watch for a year and finally pulled the trigger. [emoji115]Zero communication from them, quite a disappointing experience. I'll have to keep my eye out as now I am on a quest to get the watch. Annoying part is their website still lists it as in stock.

Well, I bought a Citizen watch from them in October. Shipped the next day, just fine. IIRC it came straight from Citizen, but I may be confused on that. Anyway, based on my experience, would certainly buy from them again, but can understand that some folks may have had less positive experiences.

Based on my previous experience, Sinn ADs from outside of North America do not ship to the US/Canada, probably because of Sinn's contract with WatchBuys. You can certainly try though! I remember there was 1 seller on Chrono24, an AD, who was willing to ship a model that WatchBuys did not have and was not planning to have in stock, but technically, I heard they are not supposed to do that...

I suggest you to stay away from Jomashop. If you have any issues there is no customer service they just ignore you. I had to open PayPal cases and finally, they called me. When I was thinking I will get a solution now the person who contacted me ignores my e-mails and phone calls.

So if you receive a watch with no issues you are good but if there is an issue you are alone. It is not worth the stress for me anymore even though I purchased many watches before I will not use Jomashop anymore.
