As you may have noticed, we we're offline this morning. This was caused by the "Thanks" plug-in going rogue and using up way too many server resources. This triggered an automatic suspension by our hosting provider as they thought it was a malicious attack. The "Thanks" plug-in has been disabled, hopefully temporarily so I can determine if that was indeed the cause, and take steps to prevent it from happening in the future.
I apologize for the disruption and for any confusion that may have caused.

This is a very hard watch to find a good strap for. But the stock silicone one sucks. Took me about 2 hours to get it off.

Trying out some of the new Seiko's on straps. Might actually keep this one on this strap. Fyi the stock springbars on these new Seiko's are horrible. Definitely not the fat springbars we're used to. I also timed them all yesterday, most are about +5 seconds, the green one is +20 seconds, and this black one is +2 seconds. I kinda like the green one though so I'll probably keep it and this black one.

All came on aftermarket leather. Changed to bracelets.

Haven't had an easy time finding a strap I like for the Alpinist, this may work for now but it's still not the brown earth tone hue I'm looking for.

Pretty much as soon as I bought this SPB087 I bought a Strapcode Jubilee for it. I really like the look.
