If I owned this Certina, I don't think I could ever get myself to sell it.

I think I may need to be alone for a while.

Loving the tropical dial on this Le Jour Chronograph. I'm not sure what this or something like it costs. I imagine it's more than I'm willing to pay. But I would love to own something like this if it were affordable and I could verify that the guts were in good condition.

These run from $500 to $4000.

Not quite running Chronometer spec anymore, but not far off either. I love this little beauty.

A Rolex President Day-Date President 18238 with a wood dial.....the original "Original Grain"
And a Vacheron Constantin 6378. I like those indices.

One of Mrs.MoT's grandfather's watches.
Going to start collecting quotes to have it serviced/repaired. It has the Lemania 1281, so I'm sure it won't be cheap.

Here's an oddball that I would love to own if they weren't so danged expensive.
Elgin direct read/jump hour/digital automatic chronograph from the '70s housing a Kelek (
TDB 1376) movement.
I am also looking to add one of these to the collection...will look for a couple.

I've seen photos of these Vulcain Nauticals before but I'm not sure I've ever seen one in such good condition.

Great-looking obscure German brand watch from 1971-75. Inside a PUW 1561, representing the pinnacle of mainstream German movement-making. Not a bad pickup for $25. The crystal was pretty hazy with scratches...3x polishes later I think she looks pretty amazing. What do you think?
