Please don't tell me there is a two-tone version. It would scratch my Datejust itch, but I don't need to buy anything else right now.

If we ever have another video chat I will tell you all a story about that song. It's not terribly interesting, but I don't want to plaster it on the internet, either.
It sounds like us old guys could have a good 80's nostalgia chat .

Turns out that a cheap Casio is a gateway drug. I couldn't make a decision, so...
And now I'm wondering what the green variants are like in person.

Re: Show Off Your New Watch
While many of you go about making sensible quality purchases, I keep fishing from the bottom of the barrel for watches under 100€. Here's what my latest Ashford order brought.
The 28€ Calvin Klein is an absolute bargain. White leather straps aren't for me (even though I have no complaints about the quality), but the watch itself is a surprisingly solid chunk of well finished steel. My only problem is that now I really want to get the blue dial one from Joma.
The Invicta is goofy in a "what if a Chinese knock-off Tudor Pelagos had a baby with Iron Man and also The Flash" kind of way. I actually like it a lot more than I thought I would.
The one that leaves me completely cold is the CCCP. The dial is too busy, the strap looks like a dog turd and the whole watch feels tiny on my wrist. The branding is excellent and I'm 110% the target audience for the brand. I just don't like the watch at all.
If I stare at this picture I can kind of see why I thought buying it was a good idea. But the dial is far more vibrant and candy-like in real life. Usually that would be a good thing, but I was kind of hoping for something more industrial, which this just isn't.

Minus the cheapy strap, I think this is perfect. Will be Gifting this to my dad next month for his birthday and will be replacing his Glycine combat.

Looks good. Don't think mine will be here for a few weeks still. Does it feel as small as the 36mm suggests?whoagorgeous wrote:Minus the cheapy strap, I think this is perfect. Will be Gifting this to my dad next month for his birthday and will be replacing his Glycine combat.

I'm a fan of 36mm so I may be biased but no, it doesn't feel small. Shown on my 7inch wrist.AndroidIsAwesome wrote: ↑Fri Jul 17, 2020 6:29 pmLooks good. As reference for other 36mm:
