Official LWDS logo thread

Brought the design into Illustrator and played with a few iterations. I like the way the straps in #3 play off the handset in the MoT logo. Thoughts?

Dude, that is amazing. I like the shorter straps of 1,2 and 4. Leaning towards 1, but 4 is also cool. Great job.

I'll stick with just MarineMaster mock-ups for now and we can try it on the others has we hone in on a logo design. I tried a fifth logo, splitting LW and DS on either side of the MoT coat of arms to make better use of the horizontal space.

Also, just FYI, this is a very real possibility amd not just a pipe dream. Also to note, just because I am consistently getting ahead of myself, there are blue dial/bezel and green dial/black bezel options available as well.

And for those wondering what all this would cost them, The MM300 would be ballpark $310-$320, the Turtle would be $220-$230 and the 62 MAS would be $255-$265 roughly.

There is also an option for bronze case turtle($235-$245) and bronze case 62 MAS for $255-$265 both in rubber straps instead of bracelet.

Okay, now I am way ahead of myself. Can't help it.

Looking at those watch renders and logo examples that [mention]Sussa[/mention] put together, I was reminded about another logo style that could apply to this execution, New York Hardcore.




So I took a pass at using the NYHC "X" design with the LWDS.
Thoughts?

Yes! That solves the awkward LWDS placement I was struggling with. It might be my favorite on the dial so far.

I get your positioning reason to switch the W and D.
But the traditional NYHC logo is read top to down and then left to right. Or left to right and then top to down. You'll see examples of both in the logo soup I attached.

But mine is just a suggestion, so could go either way depending on the group's preference.

Sadly I have a MM300 BSH custom in it's way to me. But I guess I could use multiple MM300s!

We aren't there yet chief, but I am sure we can work out a turtle or MAS or something for ya. SM seems to be pretty easy to work with.
