Ball Moonphase Hands not Synced

Post by BruceR »

I bought a Ball Trainmaster Ladies Moonphase watch about six months ago. Beautiful watch. But the hands are out of sync. The minute hand is a bit before 4 o'clock whereas the hour hand is a bit after. I've contacted River Edge and am waiting for their response. But, does anyone know what this sort of error indicates? Also, does anyone know of a watch repair shop in Houston, or a reputable watch repair shop that operates via mail?

I'm no expert, but my guess is the gears might be out of synch.

Since the watch is still under warranty (and this seems more warranty issue than usage issue), I checked the list of official Ball service centers and there is one in Plano.
Not that close to Houston, but the closest I could find for you.

Here's their contact info if you want to reach out:

I imagine you can just ship it straight to Plano,BruceR, but if for some reason it has to be dropped off in person, DM me.
I wish that watch were 38mm?
