I doubt it will sell at a price I'd be willing to pay (and I have 2 of these Citizen Promasters already) but I think it looks great. Thanks for posting.

Yema unveiled their Superman Heritage US Edition at Windup Watch Fair.
Available now on their site.

https://en.yema.com/products/yema-super ... sup2019c41

The US edition is bigger at 41mm instead of 39mm. It also has a sapphire bezel compared to the aluminium one on the 39mm. The bracelet is also different.

The new Superman Heritage U.S. Edition comes with a distinct 41mm case and a black dial. It also recreates some classic features of the original model, oversized square markers and the iconic "shovel" seconds hand. The sapphire, scratch-resistant bezel recalls the ancient glossy bakelite resin bezel. The steel case has been refined and slightly extended to accommodate an ETA 2824-2 Swiss movement. With its emblematic Yema bezel-lock mechanism and with a 990 feet / 300 meters water-resistance, the Superman is designed for underwater diving. The domed crystal contributes to the unique and resolutely vintage look.

I like it. I like the slightly larger size and the sapphire bezel. Personally, I'm "meh" on the 2824-2. Great movement, but if I'm going to buy a French plongeur, I want a French movement.

Photos of the Tat 2 looks good. Far, far better than this. Congrats.

None of my mates think that the Windago is drool-worthy, me included.

The only thing that attracts me, other than the fact it’s Doug’s final watch, is the bracelet.

Honestly, I expected more. [emoji31]

I don't know. I think If he made the date wheel font the same bauhaus font it'd be unique. right now looks distracting. No date maybe better but so far not that interesting.

I agree. And then there’s the Chinese “automatic“... it’s a horrid mishmash of styles.
