What do you think of it? I've been thinking of picking one up.

First time on the wrist. Very shinny and glossy!Stretch44 wrote:What do you think of it? I've been thinking of picking one up.
I'm not a fan of the 7s36 movement though but it's not a deal killer if you can find a deal.

This watch came in on a black croc-print leather strap.
Didn't work for me so I am trying this padded strap that seems to compliment the copper details of this dial.
The movement is nicely decorated:

Just my $0.02 USD as always.

It makes sense and is exactly how I adjusted it for that Casio Royale and some Seiko 5 cheapo bracelets.quincas wrote: ↑Sun Dec 29, 2019 2:22 am ...
There’s actually no real “trauma” involved once you know the trick of removing the links. It’s actually the easiest to resize among all the bracelets i have. Contrary to what some online videos and suggestions by others, what actually works best would be a flathead jeweller’s screwdriver. Just poke it in the hole (all guys know how to do that, right? [emoji23]) and sort of dig towards the direction of the arrows, using the back of the hole as a pivot. It should pop out effortlessly. Then use some pliers to pull out the center block.
I’m not sure if i made sense. Just never use spring bar tools. You’ll never get those links out easily, ruin the tool, and that adds to the frustration.
This one's rapidly becoming a favorite, as I expected. I just need more greens, yellows and blacks to go on the sleeve.

%99 of people do not notice or care whats on your wrist. All that matters is that YOU like what you see.

Ah yes, Prince, the artist formerly know asConchita Turtle wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2019 8:28 am
I don't know the brand, but it's a very nice watch.
Well done on the strap. I'm not a fan of alligator-print watch bands either.
Funny thing about the symbol at 7:00. At first glance it reminded me of that logo worn by the singer Prince.
The logo at 7 is a stylized df. The maker is David Freemont McCready and his brand is d.freemont.
Just my $0.02 USD as always.
