On a Chris Ward sale strap that I bought about 10 minutes after I posted this in the HUISABH thread:

Welp. This happens every year, so I'm not sure why I try anymore. Tried to buy 3 CW watches and I lost them all due to slow loading speed. Had them in my cart and everything -- then they were out of stock before I could complete the purchase. Was going to get some straps, too, but meh.

Bricks and mortar get my licks just for kicks
AD or authorized I don't analyze
Retail, wholesale never fail
Online or offline, I find I don't redefine
Too big to fail or yard sale they all hale
Run or hide just for fun deals I find
It's my favourite watch, but I wear very little for the memories it brings back to me. My late wife gave it to me for my 35th birthday, and it was the only one of my watches that she used to wear, because the puppy was cute to her.

We had a really nice Concours d’Elegance at Keeneland race track today and I had to pass on it. Just way too hot. A real shame because it’s a great show.
