The model is PA6086. I purchased it on AliExpress, but it can be found on eBay if you search for Parnis GMT and then scroll through dozens and dozens of divers. It comes in different colorways, but I am partial to rose gold, especially in dressy watches.

I do like it quite a bit. It uses a Chinese (obviously) 28,800 movement, and has been running perfectly. I was drawn to the typeface used for the markers as well as the unique 24/GMT indicator. I also enjoy that the pushers for the 24/GMT hand and the date are recessed instead of sticking out like a chronograph.

It came on a rose gold bracelet that is ok, but somewhat jangly.
