Congrats on the Shogun love! Also hard to beat the comfort of Titanium.yinzburgher wrote:My Shogun came today too. I picked it up pre-owned with the eBay coupon. It's chunky but not too big for my wrist like I feared it might be. The bad news is that I have too many watches. The good news is that nothing has really changed....I already had too many watches before this! I had known I wanted to own one of these but 59yukon's pics were making me think about it more and more. His photos make me want to berate and shame my own Seiko divers for not looking better. As you may have noticed, we we're offline this morning. This was caused by the "Thanks" plug-in going rogue and using up way too many server resources. This triggered an automatic suspension by our hosting provider as they thought it was a malicious attack. The "Thanks" plug-in has been disabled, hopefully temporarily so I can determine if that was indeed the cause, and take steps to prevent it from happening in the future.
I apologize for the disruption and for any confusion that may have caused.

I think it should be a requirement to post a movement shot anytime a jetomatic is posted. Such a looker. Feel free to redeem yourselfjoelf15 wrote:Wearing the Zodiac Jetomatic... Some chatter yesterday in the deals forum about bad experiences with the company. For me it's been good so far, the watch has been keeping good time. I enjoy looking at the dial now and then. Fingers crossed it stays ticking [emoji1696][emoji1696][emoji1696]

Wearing my MWC G10 while trying to figure out where the washing machine is leaking.[IMG]https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201903 ... 17972f.jpg[/IMG]
Update: I still haven’t found the source of the leak, but I have determined that I need a new drive belt since there are little shards of rubber accumulating beneath the belt motor.

My CCCP Friedmann from Massdrop delivered yesterday.
As I have always wanted a Raketa Copernicus, this is as close as I'll get to owning one. Prices are outrageous for originals and Frankens are hella rampant on those.

I was surprised that the exhibition back being red, but that does match the hour hand nicely. And more pleasantly surprised to find a Seiko NH35. All info provided was it had an "automatic," so feel even more comfortable with the purchase. Not bad for $100 spent!

It's a unique piece and already gotten a compliment on it when I went to pick up dinner. Then again, Alexander Shorokhoff designed on CCCP watches, so makes sense.
