Also, have been very tempted the last few years to get a OnePlus but continue to stick with the Galaxy line.

I think you made the right choice. Not that I don't like it, but its very light (quartz), and I prefer raised indices over painted dials. The lack of a seconds hand also bugs me a bit. To me its an ok fashion watch, but not much more.

Have switched to this after a visit from DHL.
The top grade ETA 2893-2 is nicely decorated.

This is what I figured. I had handled a nighthawk in person before and while quartz, still has more weight to it than some. Plus the no seconds have would bug me too

No worries...review coming... First impressions are highly positive...a lot was done right with this watch. And at the price I paid, it is an absolute steal.

Yes! The hour is basically a ribbon scale like an airplane gauge. It scrolls from top to bottom and the markers are 5 minutes.

You can also switch to a conventional readout, but I find Stealth Mode to be amusing. I like gadgety watches a lot.
