That dial really changes color with the light. I thought it was black, appears it's actually green! Looks great

Finally found one on eBay after randomly checking for a while. In really good shape too.
After adjusting the seconds hand position it is still off by a little; it actually might even be slightly loose. Is replacing the hand the only fix for that?
