But of course none of that is true.

- GS ****. You trade the spring drive for a cool, ultra-high beat, GMT movement and another stunning watch face (in a color that's so very different from high-end watches)

- JLC Reverso Duo Grande GMT. One of the first high-value watches I fell in love with. Two watches in one! Big date! Cool complications! Crazy long power reserve! Now discontinued, I think I'd still find one if I suddenly became a millionaire.

- AT Skyfall in blue, 39mm. It may be an all-too-common choice, but there's a reason it's one of the best GADA watches.

And if Bremont's lineup weren't so damn big, I'd lust after everything they make.

Great choices! I still kinda wish I went with the Skyfall instead of the more conservative gray dial AT. The rumor I heard from my AD was that the blue was designed after Daniel Craig's eyes lol.

Also, the lugs on those Bremonts are truly drool worthy. That there is some serious watch pr0n.

Here's another grail of mine:

Glycine F104 100th Anniversary Limited Edition <--- Link

I love everything about this set. I'm fairly clueless about the price, but it's irrelevant since I should in no way be spending that kind of money on a watch at the moment.

I could look at this set for ages.

Mine is the H. Moser Endeavour Perpetual Moon Concept With Vantablack Dial.

The moonphase is accurate to 1 day in every 1000+ years.

$35,000 is not a watch that I can ever possibly own. Besides, there are only 50 pieces made.

Specs and pics as published on hodinkee.

The sets were available for $1000 at their lowest. I paid double at an AD for mine about 2 years before. Now they appear to be gone.

For roughly $211 and dealing with a quartz movement can get you something of a somewhat similar nature.

Far and wide I will find 'em and I ride 'em
Bricks and mortar get my licks just for kicks
AD or authorized I don't analyze
Retail, wholesale never fail
Online or offline, I find I don't redefine
Too big to fail or yard sale they all hale
Run or hide just for fun deals I find

Quote isn’t working...

There was a kickstarter project recently “Chronotechna - the blackest watch”.

Extremely similar but unfortunately, imo dubiously run.

With life changes, my expendable income isn't the same. If only I got into watches when I was younger and single, I could have a hell of a collection. Anyways, this is my current out of reach grail.

Have you heard of Aidophedo?
[img][/img]
[img][/img]

https://www.sgshop.com/taobao/tao-bao/d ... d=50468001
or $300 on ebay
https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Big-Moonph ... 2495581399

I was highly considering one, but it's an auto.
And I don't want an auto moonphase.
The other thing I’d note on this is that it says “31 day moonphase simulation” in the description. Which could be a translation issue, or it could mean that they replace the date wheel with the moon disk, and so it’s not really a true 28.whatever day moonphase
