The normal open tab is torn open. Not an accidental tear or slit. This was opened the regular way. I'm beyond words.

FedEx stole my Zelos mako in 2018 as well, and I know it's happened to at least 3 other people in the Facebook group. I get Elshan to ship mine with DHL instead now

Weird. I wonder why that has happened so much. I'm fairly upset about the whole thing. How did it get resolved in your case?

I first was notified by FedEx about it I think and then emailed Elshan about it. I went through the whole recovery thing with FedEx which was a huge waste of time, then Elshan shipped a new one instead with DHL at no cost to me. So somewhere in the world is a stolen mako v2 in green

Absolutely terrible! I hate FedEx so much.

Not disputing the FedEx theft, but I’ve purchased 3 direct from Zelos and I don’t believe the full kit would fit in that envelope. It’s a rather large box, not quite shoebox sized. Mine hasn’t shipped yet, but when it does, rest assured me or my wife will meet the driver and my 2 ring door bells will be my testimony.

I wondered the same thing to be honest. I thought the kit was much larger. I guess I'll just wait to hear back from Elshan.

These Night Vision watches are really nice, only thing that kept me from keeping it is the bulky caseback that sits very high on the wrist due to using two batteries, one for the led. If this doesn't bother you it's a looker, and the led light may be a gimmick but I find it cool.
