Freshly ground and toasted pour over. There is nothing like it!
My wife only drinks coffee when it gets paired with this traditional Guatemalan pastry. Yum Yum!

... so if you tell my wife which is the best Concha... she'll eat the one from a few days ago.

If you tell me which is the original Concha.. These are the ones I grew up with. However, if they are both left unattended... they get to mysteriously disappear.

That's the concha I am familiar with.

These pics are really making me want to hit up my favorite panaderia now.

Good! Sweet, fruity, not much spice or nuttiness. Surprisingly low heat for 108 proof. Closest (not identical) comps I currently have are Elijah Craig barrel proof and Stagg Jr, but without the heat those two have (both are higher proof).

Beautiful autumn afternoon — 75 degrees...got the TV set up out on the deck, some cavendish, a pumpkin beer, and trying some Jura scotch.

Out of homebrew so I gave Karl Strauss out of San Diego AurorImagea Hoppyalis a try. Packs a lovely floral citrusy aromatic punch with a crisp dry citrusy palate for those who like Simcoe, Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra hops.
