If you tell me which is the original Concha.. These are the ones I grew up with. However, if they are both left unattended... they get to mysteriously disappear.

How was it?
Good! Sweet, fruity, not much spice or nuttiness. Surprisingly low heat for 108 proof. Closest (not identical) comps I currently have are Elijah Craig barrel proof and Stagg Jr, but without the heat those two have (both are higher proof).
Out of homebrew so I gave Karl Strauss out of San Diego Aurora Hoppyalis a try. Packs a lovely floral citrusy aromatic punch with a crisp dry citrusy palate for those who like Simcoe, Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra hops.
