As you may have noticed, we we're offline this morning. This was caused by the "Thanks" plug-in going rogue and using up way too many server resources. This triggered an automatic suspension by our hosting provider as they thought it was a malicious attack. The "Thanks" plug-in has been disabled, hopefully temporarily so I can determine if that was indeed the cause, and take steps to prevent it from happening in the future.

I apologize for the disruption and for any confusion that may have caused.

No compliance here, either. Started the day with what I think will be my entry into the $35 mechanical field watch challenge...so no pictures there. Put the Speedy on for the last couple of hours of the SpaceX Demo 2 countdown. Took it off after the scrub.

I will be back in the groove for two crown/nato Thursday!

Since I have no picture, here is a grab of Col. Bob Behnken sporting an Omega X-33 during the countdown. He seems like he could be a watch guy 8-) .

Super comfortable, and just generally awesome(once you figure them out). So much so that I am deeming them compliant for NATO Thursdays! I have heard them described as the pajamas of straps, and that is spot on. Plus, the designs are killer!

Please ignore the craptastic photography, but let the record show that I am beverage compliant today.

Field Fossil Defender Automatic from before this millennium. Running, but needs some work obviously.

Field Watch Friday compliant with the Glycine. It's almost the weekend, time to start some beverage compliance!

So the Glycine is a solid watch, but the Omega? The Omega?!? As my good friend Guy Fieri would say, “THAT IS OUT OF BOUNDS!”

Beverage compliant again tonight. Anyone else having issues with likes and other features/functions on Tapacrap?

Okay, a few things. Yes I cannot like posts, thought I was logged out, dunno what that's about.

Great whiskey choice, and the ice sphere takes it to the next level.

Lastly, that's a great looking watch you have there![emoji6][emoji106]

Ice spheres have been a solid addition to the home bar. I bought a few packs of the molds on clearance through JCrew of all places last summer.

As for the whiskey, it’s been a pleasant surprise. Much like the big boom in craft beer, whiskey/bourbon is almost impossible to keep up with all the good bottles out there. I’m also a bit screwed because most of the decent bottles are on huge markups/allocation in my area and it drives me nuts. Perfect example: last year I could get McKenna 10 for $30 and now it’s impossible to get here and if it is in stock is going for $100+. I mean it’s good but it’s not $100+ good.

Anyone have any bottles they would recommend?
