Did they price it at $666 because it's black and red?

It's much more legible in the real pic than the marketing picture. The marketing picture reminds me of the blacked out Citizen Nighthawk that seems impossible to read at a glance.

Just for fun I googled "c60 abyss" and it seems some have a black case (like in the top image) and others don't (the bottom image doesn't appear to have a black case, to my eyes). So the two photos above might be two different models.

I think it's more the hands and indices that stand out more in the image than the marketing. Not as much the case. What the Citizen I was referencing has that's not black is blue.

40mm Timex chrono, aluminum case, $19.95 from a 3rd party on Amazon. Ashford here says it has indiglo -- I also see an Amazon review mention it. This video shows that it has small running seconds. Guessing that the crystal is acrylic.

Update to add that the same seller has a similar model on bracelet for $29.95. This seems to be a very different watch -- the case is described as stainless steel here and elsewhere. 42mm, not 40mm. The crystal is described as mineral. Also note the relief on the dial.

Update 2: I found the original listing on Timex.com here. Acrylic crystal, stainless case, indiglo lume, 42mm x 12.5mm, 30m WR. Update 3: lol on me -- this is an old deal at WatchinTyme here.
