I can vouch for this one. I have a similar one (with a gunmetal case and red hand), and that is my go-to one-hander watch. Very legible and good looking, with Swiss Ronda quartz movement.

So close to an impulse purchase, but I really have enough Timex digitals. They are the best. Update to add that I think they are the best because after activating the Indiglo lume they keep it on as long as you're operating the watch. So setting an alarm in the dark is not a problem. I do also like their operation and their readability.
