Liked my first one so much I bought a second color (the seemingly rare white dial with ceramic bezel combo). Any time this gets close to $100, it's a great buy.

If that Sun Wukong Aquis is your jam, then Purchase Direct (who are also an Oris AD) have it for $100 less @ $1249. The last time I purchased from them, I wasn't charged sales tax.

Just to clarify, Purchase Direct is an Oris Authorized Reseller, not an Authorized Dealer.

Purchase Direct doesn't appear in the Oris retail finder, whereas Time Machine Plus does.

Also when I bought from TMP, I wasn't charged tax.

Here's a bargain if you don't need full customization. Full Gear watches is selling some models directly online through eBay. Unlike ordering directly you don't get to customize the hands or tritium colors. You can only choose from a handful of predetermined options. On the other hand, you save about $50 over ordering from Full Gear directly, and you get all the protections of buying through eBay. Full Gear is located in Hong Kong but I found it interesting that eBay lists the watch as shipping from "greater China." Make of that what you will.

This particular combination is the least expensive of the mechanical watches they have on eBay but there is also a less expensive quartz tritium chronograph and two slightly more expensive dial options.
