This is a West 6th Pennyrile Ale, specially dry hopped with Mosaic and served on cask. Excellent beer and delightful via cask.

Looks yummy. Is it room/cellar temperature like a proper cask ale should be?
Yes. Only the mild A/C in the tap room to cool it, but the doors are open outside so it’s about 75F temp.

They put out a new beer on cask every Thursday and sell out by Sunday.

Here’s a galaxy/motueka single hop that is only around this week.

The city has 8 breweries now and between them all, there will be hundreds of unique beers out this week celebrating CBW. It’s crazy how the brewing scene has created community here. It’s really cool. Great locally grown food in the restaurants and great breweries have changed the town over the last 10 years. It’s a lot smaller than Louisville, but the culture/vibe is huge and growing rapidly.

Do! It’s always hard to believe, but I meet people at breweries all the time who just came to Lexington for breweries and restaurants.

I love Budapest and really want to go back! Delirium is a pretty good choice as well!

No no. Although I have spent way more on a single beer. It was $24 for a 4 pack
