Hope someone here got that vintage Trident. I saw it at 3 a.m. when I couldn't sleep after my son woke me up. If you are really jonesing for a CW deal, might be best to check after midnight central time here. I believe in the past they have added to the sale inventory early in the morning UK time.
EDIT: Missed that @Androidisawesome got it. Congrats!

As you know, I do try to not clutter the main deal thread with all the Kickstarter projects I post about.
However, the specs and pricing and looks on this seem worthy of shining a larger light.
Instrmnt Limited out of Glasgow has launched their latest Kickstarter for the D-Series dive watch.
The First Edition models, will be individually numbered and are priced at $306
The D-Series are powered by a Sellita SW200 movement.

@Alchimus That makes two of us. Not even a week ago I bought the Seiko ssa385. And my new years resolution was to only buy 3 watches.... I've already bought 6 halfway through the year

I have the Jumping Hour model before this that was a bit more Bauhaus in design and love it. This watch is still available half off. That's one of the best deals I've seen in a long time. I'm tempted to buy another.TheJohnP wrote: ↑Tue Jul 09, 2019 9:26 am Good deal from the Christopher Ward sale.
A couple of 60% off options are available - https://www.christopherward.com/events/ ... rly-new-60

Another good Kickstarter to highlight, is the one that pgcity brought to our attention.
The new Vaer Automatics launched today.
You have a choice of a US assembled watch with a Miyota 9015, starting at $299
Or a Swiss made watch with an ETA 2824, starting at $449
Or a Swiss made "Dirty Dozen" homage with an ETA 2895, starting at $599

Discount Shop has one more of these at $135 vs $159 on ebay.Rocat wrote: ↑Wed Feb 13, 2019 9:16 pm
Picture stolen from Amazon because I can.
Considering Discountshop.com has sales that last about as long as a sneeze, if you want this you better get it quick.
Seiko SRP483 the orange Mini Monster (it's not really mini at all) for $135.

Gemnation Deal of the Day is this Montblanc Timewalker Chronograph reference #116099 on bracelet for $1750 after 2.5% cash back from BeFrugal($45). Retail $4290. Next best price on eBay is $2400 for a "gently handled, never opened" example. Way cheaper than other online retailers as well.

Ashford has dropped some of their Hamilton prices. This is just one that I think is a good value. Check them all out at the second link. As usual, get an additional 3% cash back with Rakuten.

Re: Heads Up! I Saw A Bargain Here! 2019
Got an Update email from BillyTheTree this morning in regards to the SRPB99 I purchased from the deal posted here on Sunday. Looks like they over sold. Anyone else get this email?
"Thank you for your recent order with BillyTheTree for a Seiko watch.
I'm writing to let you know that your watch will be slightly delayed in shipping to you. Due to high demand, and multiple customers purchasing Seiko watches at the same time over the weekend, we over-sold the model that you selected. (Quite literally, someone else had the same model in their shopping cart at the same time as you, and clicked Complete Order probably seconds before you did!)
We have your watch on order with Seiko, and expect to ship it to you late this week or early next week.
Thank you for being patient with us. We hope that you'll love your new watch when you receive it. "

My late wife paid around 2kEUR about 10 years ago. I'm an enthusiast, but honestly, the Speedy, now, is a scam.Khronos wrote: ↑Tue Jul 09, 2019 1:07 pm Speedy is reduced to 3875$ at Jomashop:

Kudos to CW! Despite yesterday's (expected) website snafus, the purchase not only went through successfully, but I actually received DHL tracking email and text this morning, with an expected delivery of this Thursday (7/11)! My biggest worry now is with DHL (lazy as hell drivers who don't want to make any effort to access my building).
