Seiko Saturday compliant. Also, carnivore compliance with what I am dubbing a meatball burger.

Mixed some fround beef with chopped onion, garlic, an egg, some breadcrumbs and salt and pepper. Made it into a burger patty, grilled it, flipped it and then topped it with a leftover pasta sauce with Italian sausage. Encapsulated it all in provolone and parmesan and boom! Meatball burger!

The Twin Cities is home to a plethora of craft brewers. Go in to almost any neighborhood and you are bound to find at least one.

Stopped by Dangerous Man Brewing in Nordest Minneapolis and picked up a few “crowlers”, one of which being their Bru-Tang Sour, brewed with actual Tang. It’s way better than it sounds.

Paired it with the Glycine Vintage Combat on the Codek veg tanned strap.
