Quick update for Sdelka's Crew

Maj. Chip weather expert forecasts good weather for NYC for Thursday. So it is a good probability that we'll head up North on Thursday. If we end up going I'll ship to Sporkboy from NYC; if we don't end up going I will still ship it on Thursday from FDXBG.

That sounds good. You may want to have Sdelka stay with you through Christmas as I am leaving on a trip starting on Saturday, and I wouldn’t want her to get caught in the holiday mail crush or be left in a box over the holiday.

My personal watch project has wrapped up, so I can think of other watches again. I have been scoping out some seldom seen locations for Sdelka to visit. Gritty places where actual work happens. After that last leg, it will be pretty low key.

However, Sdelka can look forward to a spa treatment, I will color her back tattoo and make sure her gaskets are freshly lubed, if you know what I mean;)

By that I mean I will be actually lubricating her gaskets. That sounds way worse than it actually is. Anyway, I am looking forward to the visit.

Had high hopes to meet a fellow MoT.. but Bbrou had to work. It was quite a fun but challenging day at the Big Apple. Dealing with a tween and a teen going strong with puberty and the Commander in Chief .... (left... no right... .... I said MIDDLE). Sometimes I felt like parajumping off the ESB.

But I get better with each trip... this one actually had a plan in which was followed pretty much to the T. But it was bitter cold... that cold that bites.
and it was supposed to be sunny.. but it was mostly overcast.

Dress Rehearsal... as Sdelka prepares to ship out to Mass.
I forgot I had this leather band... which is original from a Timex Vintage Model.. which has a very nice leather band. In a way it is a bit plain.. but it could work on a Semi Formal setting.

This part of Sdelka Journey has been special to me. Sdelka has broken a record here... the most photographed watch since it got here. I've learned to appreciate Vostok, the Komandirskie and eyeing to acquire in the neat future an Amphibia .. or perhaps another Komandirskie with 200WR.

[mention]Sporkboy[/mention] planning to ship her out tomorrow. Be ready to catch.

I am donating a pair of 18mm NATOs to her wardrobe. It has been a fun Journey! Enjoy and give her Spa Treatment!

Thanks for everything Wolf!!! What an amazing journey. I thoroughly enjoyed this leg and I wish Sdelka safe travels. As far as the strap is concerned, I have no idea! Sdelka was one of my very first watch purchases and I went on a strap/vostok binge. It was all a blur. Actually, it still is!

You guys are absolutely KILLING it! I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I never expected this to go so well or be So entertaining, but leave it to the MoT community to make it happen. Big thanks to all those who have been a part of the journey and those to come. Same goes to the spectators following Sdelkas travels. None of it would be possible without you guys and of course MoT himself.

Keep up the good work everyone!
