Honestly, I just posted it because of the deal, but after reading that, I am thoroughly impressed! Really well executed with tons of relevant features. Thanks for sharing that!

My local Walmart had some watches on clearance. Several casios, an analog timex expedition, a digital expedition, several ladies watches, etc. the price ranges were $5-15.
I picked up this expedition for $9. Basically like buying the strap and getting a free watch.
Just note that Walmart considers jewelry to be apparel and they are not currently allowing returns. You’ll likely have to wait several weeks to do any returns.

This is a YMMV thing.

Can confirm. The store I was at had a lot of $5-10 clearance Timex and Casio.

Eterna Adventic GMT automatic for $799 after promo code ET200(tested). I remember Ashford having a sale on these, but dont remember the price. Anyways, best I can find currently. Retail $4000. https://www.jomashop.com/eterna-adventi ... -1352.html
And there's one on steel bracelet, if you want it for some extra.
Gorgeous watch, the only thing, quoting Boourns , I wish it will be 38 mm.
Three arrivals based on deals posted in this forum. A Revue Thommen faux-bronze diver (Touch of Modern ~$300), a Mido OCean Star Captain (eBay ~$300) and a Richard LeGrand Atlanticus (from RLG ~$150). My favorite by far is the Revue Thommen. I prefer the stainless case to the smelly, ever-corroding real-deal bronze. Anyway, the band feels and looks great. The Mido is also solid and clearly the white dial would lend itself to a variety of strap colors. Having said that the rubber strap is super comfortable. The RLG looks fine. It's kind of noisy compared to the other two. Pastel blue looks better off my wrist than on it. I had the same problem with the original **** Time. Both the Mido and the RT are keeping excellent time. I haven't checked the Atlanticus yet but will do so before selling it.
If anyone is interest in the the RLG Atlanticus I'll give you friend price.
