One more thing about the Zodiac deal above. I found a quick video on Youtube of someone who purchased this piece at Costco (for $681 as per the comment in the video here and I was surprised by how thick this watch is. Those with small wrists be advised.

For what it's worth, I recently purchased the non-chrono version of this watch from the exact same eBay seller, and it arrived with a clearly visible defect on the hour hand. I returned it for a full refund, but it didn't inspire any confidence.

Also, before you trigger on this model, be sure to search WUS for a very, very recent review of the Zodiac non-chrono version. He was very disappointed with the quality of the product.

I know there are happy owners too, but just wanted to share the most recent perspectives.

Bulova CURV chronograph factory refurbished with warranty for $160. Retail $650. If Bulova could just make these 262hz movements a little smaller, I would be all over them. I think the CURV idea is pretty cool though, and a good way to make these bigger watches fit better.
