I think these are really cool but I worry about the age of the movement in them. I think they were released in 2013.flypanam wrote: ↑Sun Dec 06, 2020 2:56 pm The Davidoff Velocity diver posted a little while ago is back up in price at WoW, but the silver dial version on a bracelet is a Jomashop daily deal for only $449 minus $10 will GOOGLE10 code. I don't know what you're doing to get the samurais that cheap. They are 445 in my cart without any discounts. After the 25 and 10 is 300.

Re: Heads Up! I Saw A Bargain Here! 2020
The prices at the kohls checkout dont reflect kohls cash and rewards. So yes, technically the prices aren't that low by themselves, but if you count the kohls rebates then the prices do end up as the final "net" prices i listed. Also I didn't include tax in my numbers since it varies by state.
Looking at the STO for example its about $283 after coupons, adding tax would be right around $300 like you said. But ignoring the tax (as I feel like we usually do on here since like I mentioned it varies), subtracting the cash back that you get in Kohls cash and rewards you get to the net price I listed of around $215. Its also why I listed prices in the way that I did. When I posted Kohls sales in the past I used to put a disclaimer about the net price reflecting Kohls cash etc, but at this point with the forums general familiarity with Kohls and the frequency of Kohls sales and cash rebates, I assumed its just a given that it works that way, so I apologize for any confusion.

www.pacparts.com promo code 'THANKFUL' gives you 20% off all item until Thursday (12/10/20) at 5pm PST. Good for those looking for Casio parts in the US.
It is worth comparing prices with www.watchbattery.co.uk and www.tiktox.com before purchasing. I've bought from watchbattery and their prices were lower compared to pacparts in general. Current code for watchbattery as of Nov27 is TWITR11201 for 10% off. It might still work. I have purchased from pacparts too but took a long time between ordering and delivery so maybe worthwhile asking them on stock availability.

I came across this review a wee while ago: https://www.watchuseek.com/threads/davi ... w.5158337/ Not sure if you have come across it.

Riffing on flypanam's Kohls deals. You can pick up a Casio Duro for $37.77 after codes. Doesn't include Kohl's cash/rewards. This looks like about the cheapest I can find for a new one right now. Unfortunately, they are OOS on the blue dial.

Re: Heads Up! I Saw A Bargain Here! 2020
Regarding the coupons for Kohls, you may get additional discount by taking advantage of an hour (or 2) in which the current coupons can combine with the next day's promos.
I got the blue samurai for about $175 before tax from the 40% mystery coupon a few of days ago. There was no Kohls cash offered on the day of the mystery coupon, but the next day has $10 for $50. I ordered @ 11:00 PM PST and got the $40 KC along with the 40% off.
The next 30% off when using the Kohls credit card is immediately (12/10) after the current 25% coupon ends (12/9).

Re: Heads Up! I Saw A Bargain Here! 2020
Regarding stuff like Kohls cash and other store credits, maybe best practice is to list the cash paid price then under it "you now have $xx in store credit"? Would make the deals make a little more sense.flypanam wrote: ↑Sun Dec 06, 2020 10:26 pmThe prices at the kohls checkout dont reflect kohls cash and rewards. Re: Heads Up! I Saw A Bargain Here! 2020
NAD! My skagens have arrived! Insane deals
The quality of the bracelet is awesome, no taper but at $35 it’s a good fit for one of my seiko turtles
The skateboard with blue strap has lumed seconds hand! And really good lume on markers especially from a brand like skagen.
They also have screw down crowns
Seems like the sale is over and they all went back up to $70. But I would keep my eye on them to see if they drop back down to $30. Super easy stocking stuffers

Zeppelin Flatline Automatic with power reserve is back on Drop.com, this time for just $249, which is $30 cheaper than the last time it was offered, and I believe cheaper than it was when offered on ToM.
This is a great deal. I have the one with the silver dial and silver case, except on a mesh strap, and it's a classy looking watch, looks even better in person.
