The Ball Black Rock is my grail, and $1360 is about as cheap as I have seen it ever. I know absolutely nothing about World Of Watches. They say they offer 30 day returns so I guess if they sent a dud at least I'm covered for that. Timepiece.com has it for the exact same price, so I'm assuming they are the same company doing business on different websites?

Yes, I think that is what it means. If you send a message to the seller, they can reply with an offer even if the listing itself does not have offers enabled. Just don't lowball them. Nobody likes lowballers.

Just a quick update on my CPO Hamilton Dodson.

I reached out to Ashford last Tuesday regarding the condition of the watch. That is to say... it doesn't run. They never answered my email sent to their official customer service email. Reached out again 3 days later. Still no answer today.

So I said *#&# it and disputed the claim with my credit card. 20 minutes later and I have my refund.

It's a shame. I really like Ashford for what they are. I had no problems with the brand new Certina I bought there. But why the hell can't they check their emails?

In either case, maybe they'll finally respond now that the credit card company is disputing it. If they never respond and I get to keep the watch (can't return it if I never hear back, right?), maybe I'll use the money to repair it and enjoy it. But right now it's a $205 paperweight.

I had a bear of a time trying to return a watch to Ashford when they sent me the smaller ladies version of the watch I ordered.
Had to call and talk to two different people before they finally started working with me about it.
