Beautiful vintage Geneve, Stretch!
Thank you! It was my grandpa's. He had a good collection.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the Milus is gorgeous and I seriously need to pick one up. Always a treat to see it posted!

If I were in the position and had to choose between an Explorer and this, this would win.

That strap is pretty awesome, too.

Same for me. The north flag was also tempting aside from the integrated lugs - branded straps & bracelets only for a while.

Thanks! The Ranger has quickly entered into keeper territory for me so I agree with the sentiment. I will say that because the Ranger has no bezel the dial is bigger than the explorer and makes the wach visually look larger than a typical 41mm. I have 7.25 wrists and it works fine for me.

The strap is from Diaboliq. Meta Catherina leather. Finally found a watch that I can put this on and not have it feel out of place.

Put this one together today. Running a vintage 2878 movement while I wait for the new 2836 to show up.

I think for sure the Ranger looks better because I prefer the 1016-style font. My only fear would be that it's a little too big for me.

The good news is a very good used example will be like 1/3 the price of an Explorer -- something like $1600 to $1900.
