I think this is the way people here have been using the terms:

Bargain is a good value for what it is but not necessarily on sale. Some watches are bargains at full MSRP. The Chinese military chronographs are a bargain, but they are always that price. Buy one any time.

Deal is a limited time sale at a lower than normal price.

Interesting we have all these different opinions.

I consider a bargain under what the item typically sells for but not near what the item periodically drops to on really good sales or deals.

Deals are very good price points that are at or near the bottom of what you'll see the watch for. A rare low price.

Then you have the “price mistake” where your deal is for sure going to get cancelled (unless it is a scam and you ran out of luck).

The Zappos price of that was the "deal" at $67 a couple of days ago
